This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Note 1 applies. Estimated date of issue is o/a 15 Mar 2002. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
