Description

NA Pron: AX2Q0003AX, NSN: 1560-01-265-2023, PN: 406-060-601 (-103), quantity 25 each min/105 max, this will be a 5 year Indifinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement applicable to OH-58D Airframe Unit. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana , TX. The approved sources are AMFuel (05476) and Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (97499). The required delivery is 5 each 150 Days After Contract Award and 5 each month thereafter until complete. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 22, USC.,SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., AP P 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
