Description

The U.S. Government is seeking to lease office space consisting of approximately 11,499 rentable square feet of office and related space to yield a minimum of 9,999 ansi/boma usable to a maximum of 10,299 ansi/boma usable square feet of space and 1 surface parking space. Space must be located within the Central Business District of Greenville, NC to include the following delineated area bounded by and fronting on First St. on the North to Beade St., on the East, to Beade Circle on the South to Pitt St. on the West. THE DELINEATED AREA HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. GREENVILLE BLVD. BETWEEN RED BANKS RD.AND CHARLES BLVD. 2. ARLINGTON BLVD. BETWEEN EVANS ST. AND FIRETOWER RD. 3. FIRETOWER RD. BETWEEN CHARLES BLVD. AND HWY 11 (MEMORIAL DR.) 4. CHARLES BLVD. BETWEEN GREENVILLE BLVD. AND FIRETOWER RD. 5. HWY. 11 (MEMORIAL DR.) BETWEEN GREENVILLE BLVD. AND FIRETOWER RD. 6. RED BANKS RD. BETWEEN EVANS ST. AND CHARLES BLVD. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Term: The space is required by November 1, 2002 for 10 years, 5 years firm with the Government having cancellation priveleges after the firm term.
