Description: This amendment is hereby incorporated to include the following: (a) Data for VA Marion (lines 1725a and b) and 88th RSC (lines 1730j and k) which were previously non-available have now been received are reflected in the Installation Data Sheets. (b) The total estimated quantity being solicited is 2,151,254,992 kWh. Block 21 of the SF 1449 has been revised; (c) Attachment III has been updated and revised. This solicitation is available through the DESC-A electricity web site, http://www.desc.dla.mil/DCM/DCMSolic.asp?SolicID=305.
