Description

NA The Directorate of Peninsula Contracting will be issuing Solicitation DABT57-02-R-0007 on or about 22 Mar 2002 to provide services for Programmed Drydocking, Cleaning, Painting and Repairs to US Army Reserve Vessels, Small Tug (ST) 905 and (ST) 906, statio ned at Tacoma, Washington. The area of consideration is restricted North to Alaska and South/West from California. Dimensions are as follows: Length overall: 59 feet; Overall Beam: 22 feet; Draft Stern: 6 feet, 6 inches; Design: 900 class; Construction: Steel. One fixed price contract award is contemplated for both vessels. This procurement is unrestricted. The services will include a 60 calendar day performance period. Contractor's shall have a Master Vessel Agreement with Ft Eustis, VA, in order to be awarded this contract. The Solicitation can be obtained through the Army's Single Face to Industry (AFSI) web site at http://acquisition.army.mil, under business opportunities, and also at http://tac.eustis.army.mil, under solicitations. All amendments to the Solicitation will be posted to the AFSI web site. Contractors are cautioned to check the web site periodically for amendments. A site visit will be conducted in accordance with information provided in Section L of the Solicitation.
