Description

This is a source selection procurement for design and construction of a Security Forces Operations Facility. The area of the facility is approximately 14,800 SF. The facility will accommodate specialized areas in support of law enforcement, physical security, confinement, investigation, training, armory, command and control and secured storage. Building infrastructure will include advanced surveillance, intelligence and command/control information system. The work is located at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The estimated range is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The American Preference Policy and employment restrictions in accordance with DFARS Subpart 222.73 apply to this procurement. This procurement is unrestricted. Subcontracting Plan will be required from Large Businesses prior to award. NAICS 233320, Business Size: $28.5Mil. Plans and Specifications will be available for downloading from the NAVFAC ESOL http://esol.navfac.navy.mil/ on or about 18 March 2002. Site Visit is tentatively scheduled for 26 March 2002. Proposals are tentatively due on 23 April 2002.
