- Description
- Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for renovations to Smith Hall Officer?s Wing at U. S. Coast Guard Station Air Station Traverse City, MI. Major work items include asbestos abatement, lead paint abatement, architectural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. This procurement is estimated between $500K and $1M. This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC Code is 1522/NAICS 233220. Completion time is 180 DANTP. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. The response date is an estimated date only.
