- Description
- Furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, transportation, and all other necessary items required to accomplish installing, replacing or removing aid-to-navigation (ATON) structures in specified locations in Southern California. A geodetic survey with a minimum accuracy level of Third Order, Class 1 shall be performed and a report shall be prepared for each ATON structure installed when required in the Delivery Order. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance period is one base year and four (4) options. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 234990. Small Business size standard is $17.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. The solicitation can be downloaded from (http://www.eps.gov/) on approximately 20 Mar 2002. If it does not appear on that date, please check back daily. Due dates for quotes will be 30 Apr 2002. DOT's Bonding Assistance Program (BAP) offers bid, performance and payment bonds on contracts up to $1,000,000. DOT's Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers lines of credit to finance accounts receivable. Maximum line of credit is $500,000.00 with interest at the prime rate.
