Description: Contractor must be able to plant and maintain government provided hanging planters with new soil, new premanufactured hanging wire, and an assortment of blooming flowers. Shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor to plant deliver and install 68 government-provided and delivered hexagon cedar hanging planters (16" wide by 10" deep) on existing wrought iron brackets and designated locations on Eielson AFB. Work shall be conducted no later than 1 Jun 2002 or before weather permits.
