Description

NA This project consists of all plant, material, labor, and supervision for repairing airfield pavements, and repairing hydrant pipelines and fueling pits. Work will include, but is not limited to: removal and replacement of approximately 40,000 SY of Portla nd Cement Concrete Pavement, 40,000 SY of crushed concrete sub-base, site preparation, removal and disposal of contaminated soil, installation of underground drainage system, replacement of aircraft hydrant pipelines and pits, taxiway lighting, pavement ma rkings, and site restoration. Magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Bid opening date will be on or about 11 April 2002. Construction time will be one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bid documen ts will be available fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this announcement from: USPFO for Wisconsin, ATTN: Contracting Office, 8 Madison Blvd, Camp Douglas, WI 54618-5002. Successful bidder must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Registration information can be accessed on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/. All requests must be in writing and include DUNS number, telephone number, and fax number. Plans and specifications will be available on CD only. This project is an unrestr icted acquisition.
