Description

NA Point of contact for this solicitation is Sandy Thomson at 206-764-6865. The project consists of replacement of a concrete retaining wall. New protection wall will include gabion wall construction and reinforced concrete retaining wall. Work also require s foundation support for an existing building adjacent to the wall alignment. Sitework includes demolition of existing wall, and pavement replacement and minor utility relocations. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specificatio ns package. The estimated dollar value is in the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000 with a completion period of 510 calendar days. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 234990 and the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1629 with s ize standard of $27.5 million. This solicitation will be issued as a Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on Seattle District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Contracting Web page in electronic format only at the following site: http://www.nws.usace.army.mil/ct/ No dis ks will be mailed.
