- NA The resulting solicitation will invite Request for Proposals (RFPs) for a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Requirements Contract for Repair and Maintenance Water/Sewer Lines, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. A base year and Two Option Periods is contemplat ed. The guaranteed minimum for per year is $15,000.00. The estimated value of the contractor for all periods is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Contractor shall be required to perform all labor, equipment, supplies/materials necessary to perfor m the work required. Work required will consist of, but not be limited to the following, installation or replacement of various sizes of water & sewer lines, including laterals and service lines. Specifically, work may include extra depth excavation, roa d boring, cutting and patching, installation of temporary bypasses, operating/repairing/installing valves and meters, installation and replacement of fire hydrants, and inspections and testing of existing lines. This acquisition is subject to the Small Bu siness Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988; therefore, this acquisition will be solicited on an Unrestricted basis. Subsequent award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Pursuant to FAR 19.13, a price preference evaluation will be conducted for participating Hubzone Small Business Concerns. NAICS is 234910/$28.5 Million.
