- NA Services, Non-Personal: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, and do all things necessary to furnish Railroad Inspection, Maintenance, Repair and Snow Removal on Army owned railroad track system on Ft Wainwright, Alaska in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and other requirements set forth in the Solicitation. The NAICS Code is 235990 with a size standard of $11,500.00.
