- Work includes: Removing and stockpiling existing aggregate ballast; removing and disposal of approximately 4,760 square feet of existing IRMA system roofing, including all flashing; preparing the roof deck; and furnishing and installing a new ballasted protected EPDM membrane roofing system. The work is located approximately 15 miles southwest of Leadville, Colorado, in Lake County. The estimated price range of the work is $25,000 to $100,000. Required delivery date is 60 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1761. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 235610. The Small Business Size Standard is $11.5 million. This is a small business set aside. The RFQ package will be available March 21, 2002. Quotes will be due on or before April 11, 2002, at the Bureau of Reclamation, Attention: Andy Fox, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana 59101-1362.
