- Description
- Description The U.S. Secret Service has a requirement for Vehicle Barrier Maintenance at the White House Complex, including the Eisenhower Executive Office Building (EEOP), New Executive Office Building (NEOB), North and South President's Park. This service requires maintenance, inspection and emergency repair of approximately 14 vehicle gate systems located in Washington, DC. These gates include hydraulic linear actuators and hydraulic rotary actuators. The proposed solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract and will include indefinite quantity line items. The contract term is for a Base year and four (4) option years. The Service Contract Act wage applies to this procurement. The North American Industrial Code is 811310 and the small business size standard is $6 million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. A pre-proposal site visit will be conducted. The exact time and date will be provided in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or around 15 April 2002.
