- Description
- Term contract beginning Date of Award and ending on February 28, 2003 with 2 option years. Product is a personalized letter and envelope for the USAF Hospital, Keesler AFB, Mississippi. Anticipate 9 orders for the base year with approximately 5,300 copies. The letter measures 8-1/2 x 11 inches, the ID card - 3-3/8 x 2-1/4 inches and the envelope is a number 10. Product prints in 3 colors (non process), on 60 lb offset book, white wove and 10 pt kimura, or equal, stock. Government Furnished Material is picked up and returned to Keesler AFB, the product is mailed at the First Class rate under contractor indicia. FOB destination to the US Postal Service. Sepcifications are available until the supply is exhauseted.
