Description

The U.S. Capitol Police (USCP), a legislative branch law enforcement agency, has a requirement for professional promotion process services for the ranks of sergeant, lieutenant, and captain. This includes an independent evaluation of the ranks, development of assessment tools, and the administration and evaluation of the assessment tools. The USCP anticipates the award of a fixed price contract with two options by the middle of May. Source selection is based on best value. The solicitation and any documents are available electronically from fedbizopps at http://eps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading solicitation files. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring this site for amendments, if any. Questions may be submitted by March 11, 2002 via email to USCP_Procurement@cap-police.senate.gov. The proposals are due by March 22, 2002 at 5pm and may be submitted to the same email address. Potential offerors may also send responses via delivery services but are cautioned that enhanced security procedures on Capitol Hill may delay receipt.
