- 1560-00-121-9490, Teardrop Assembly, manufactured to McDonnell Douglas P/N 32-21201-40 Rev M. Item is for use on the F-4 Aircraft. Approved sources: Derco Aerospace, Kitco Inc, Barnes Group Inc and General Forming Corp. Any manufacturer other than those previously mentioned must submit a complete SAR package for evaluation in order to be considered for award (reference FAR 52.217-9002 and 52.217-9G04). Option 1: Clauses, Provisions. Scroll down to Section L and select clause L58. Critical Application Item. No drawings or sample parts available. Other than full and open competition. Origin inspection required. FOB is destination; ship 107 each to New Cumberland, PA. Solicitation to contain a 100% Quantity Option provision.. A written solicitation will be issued.
