- CALL-WHEN-NEEDED EQUIPMENT RENTAL, RFP R1-14-02-012. Issue: 03/15/2002 Due: 04/15/2002. The Kootenai National Forest is soliciting offers for various types of heavy equipment (operated)to be used in various types of forest management activities on a per hour rental basis. This will be a multiple award/multiple year contract with task orders placed when work is needed. No minimum graranteed amount or quantity is provided under this contract. Set aside for small business. The solicitation will be posted and available approximately 03/15/2002.
