Description
This requirement is to establish a "requirements" type contract for the repair of LRU-14, LRU-15, and their subassemblies applicable to the ALQ-172V(3) System. The contract will be issued for a basic year and 4 annual options and a 120 day option period, on a firm-fixed price basis, for the following items: NSN:5985-01-429-4395EW; P/N: 2637814G001, LRU-14, Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ): 16 Ea (the BEQ is the same for the basic and all annual options, with a quantity of 10 Ea for the 120 day option period), NSN:5985-01-429-4393EW; P/N: 2637815G002, LRU-15, BEQ: 16 Ea (the BEQ is the same for the basic and all annual options, with a quantity of 10 Ea for the 120 day option period), NSN:5963-01-429-9094EW; P/N: 181926-2, PHASE SHIFTER MODULE, BEQ: 1 Ea (the BEQ is the same for the basic and all options), NSN:5985-01-430-0439EW; P/N: 181928-2, QUADRANT SWITCH, BEQ: 1 Ea (the BEQ is the same for the basic and all options), NSN:6130-01-432-0339EW; P/N: 186188-1, POWER SUPPLY, BEQ: 1 Ea (the BEQ is the same for the basic and all options), The effort also includes Over and Above Effort and corresponding Data items. Delivery: Fast Turn Around IAW CREP. The approximate issue date will be 20 Mar 02, with the approximate response date of 20 Apr 02. Authority: 10 USC 2304 c (1) , Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
