- NA The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center intends to award a single firm-fixed price purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Thermoprism, The Old Stable, Lichfield, Staffordshire, England WS13 6PW, on a basis of other than full a nd open competition [reference FAR Subpart 6.302-1 (b)] for Blown Film Tower, Die and Attachments; Adjustable Sheet Die and Bench Mounted sheet Die Haul Off for the 16 mm Bench Mounted Thermoprism System. There are no other known companies which supply these attachments for the specified Thermoprism System to satisfy agency requirements. No quotation document is available.
