Description

NA Firm fixed price purchase order. Contractor shall provide and install audio visual equipment to include: 14 instructor podiums, 14 document cameras, 14 routing systems, 14 HI-FI VCR, 14 instructor controls, 14 wireless keyboards/mouse, 14 computers, 38 p roject systems, 38 electronic screens, 48 speaker systems, 14 wired microphones. Components shall be configured for access to the campus area network and as DHCP Clients for network addressing. All work to be performed on Fort Sam Houston. All work must b e completed within eight weeks from date of contract award. This is a solicitation done in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 for commercial items. In order to submit an offer, potential offer's must attend the site visit scheduled for 8 March 2002 at 9:00AM at the MEDCOM Contracting Center, Bldg 4197, Ft Sam Houston, Texas. The request for quotation will be issued at that time. Solicitation shall also be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities Website. The proposals shall be evaluated based on deliver y schedule and quality being significantly more important than price. The anticipated award date will be 20 March 2002. The following FAR Clauses are applicable: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, 52.212-2 Evaluation (Price, Past Performance), 52.212-3 R epresentations and Certifications, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial, 52.232-33 Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer. This requirement is one hundred percent small business set-aside for small business firms. The North Ame rican Industry Classification System Code is 541519 with a size standard of $21,000,000.
