- The Military Sealift Command anticipates award on or about 11 Mar 02 of a puchase order for an independent review of staffing, organization, and mariner recruiting of its Afloat Personnel Management Cetner. This is a follow-on to a previous order. MSC intends to award on a sole source basis to T&M Corporation becuase the firm possesses a unique combination of expertise/experience in civilian, navy and mariner personnel policy and administration.
