- NUWC Division Keyport is contemplating award on a sole source purchase order to Mikel Inc. to provide technical support in planning, testing, analysis, and reporting of new and existing submarine sonar, combat control and weapons systems; to provide Tactical Analysis of underway performance of USW systems; to provide research and studies of newly emerging and prototype inputs to ASW system developers. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. The solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport web site ? http//kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil on or about 15 Mar 2002. Award will be made on or about 22 Mar 02. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. See Numbered Note 22
