Description: Repair exhibit tower roofs and skylights at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. The requirement is repairing the roof, window and skylight assemblies in three areas of the Museum. The repair will increase the insulating values of these assemblies and reduce the possibility for condensation to occur on the interior of the building. The work is to be performed after closing hours of the Museum. The perfomance period is 120 calendar days. The magnitude for this procurement is between $100,000. and $250,000.
