- NA The Defense Contracting Command-Washington intends to award a Sole Source contract to University of Virginia Continuing Education Division, 104 Midmont Lane PO Box 3697, Charlottesville, VA 22903 for joint development and implementation of Advanced Polyg raph Studies Program on a Firm-Fixed Price basis. The university will be required to conduct a four-week course limited to 20 students, provide course materials, classroom and study facilities. The university will provide 90 contact hours for as least si x semester hours of graduate level instruction for up to 20 experienced forensic psychophysiologists. This will be awarded as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only items meeting the qualif ication requirements will be considered for award. See Note 22.
