Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce/NOAA/NOS/ Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (OCRM) has requirement for a Conference Meeting Package. OCRM will host a Coastal Nonpoint Workshop in Warrenton, VA, from April 22, 2002 through April 25, 2002. The selected hotel must provide a Conference Meeting package in a retreat setting that meets the following criteria: (1) Overnight accommodations for seventy participants based on single occupancy room rates at Government per diem, for a total of four days and three nights. (2) Breakfast for 70 participants April 23rd through 25th,(3) Lunch for eighty participants April 23rd through April 25th,(4) Dinner for seventy participants on April 22rd through April 24th, 2002,(5) Coffee, tea during morning and afternoon breaks schedule during full sessions each day, (6) One large meeting room which can accommodate up to a total of eighty participants in a classroom or modified classroom setting and four small conference rooms to accommodate a minimum of 20 participants each. (7)The use of basic audio visual equipment (microphone, audio screen, overhead projector, VCR and monitor),(8) Hotel must be located within 30 minutes from Dulles Airport to accommodate participants from a wide range of national and international flights. This solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Offerors may send proposals for the services listed above by fax to the attention of Rubie B. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
