- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide two Physical Therapists to the VA Medical Centers, West Side and Lakeside, Chicago IL. This is a firm fixed price Contract and 100 percent small business set-aside. Period of performance will be from 1 April 2002 until 30 September 2002. Hard copy and electronic versions of the Solicitation will be available on or about 3/5/02. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Offerors should contact michelle.ranes@med.va.gov or VA Central Office (202) 273-8829 regarding any problems downloading the solicitation from the website.
