Destn: Hill Air Force Base, Ut 84056-5820. Delivery: 31 DEC 2002 10 ea. Item 0002 NSN 5977-01-467-9410IS Electrical Co Brush P/N: 75334, Dimensions are approx 3.500" x. 490", function-signal transfer in rotary coupler. 10 ea. Applicable to: AN/TPS-75. Destn: Hill Air Force Base, Ut 84056-5820. Delivery: 31 DEC 2002 10 ea. The anticipated award date will be 25 MAR 2002. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: Electro-Tec Corp, Blacksburg Va 24060-2527. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements is cited in each individual solicitation. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested parties are invited to call the Ombudsman listed below if your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer. ATTENTION: Contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration to be eligible for contact award or payment from any DOD activity. Information on registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr2000.com This part must be acquired from a manufacturing sources(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained.
