Description
NA The Oklahoma Army National Guard has a requirement for a temporary kitchen facility, preparation of meals and associated equipment in support of a training mission during the period 1 thru 18 June 2002 at England Air Park, Alexandria, LA. Contractor shall provide all equipment, material, labor, supervision, supplies and items necessary to prepare raw subsistence, establish a temporary kitchen, prepare meals in accordance with the menus provided and serve approximately 25,590 breakfast meals and 25,690 dinn er meals. Raw subsistence to be furnished by the Government. Contractor shall provide refrigerator/freezer storage area for all subsistence items requiring refrigeration/freezer storage if additional storage is needed above existing facilities. Contract or is required to hook up to the existing water connections with no additional costs to the government and make provisions to dispose of all gray water and grease disposal in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Contractor shall be require d to furnish all electrical requirements for temporary kitchen and connect to existing electrical supply with no additional cost to the government. Contractor shall provide an area for troops to wash their hands prior to each meal. All gray water shall b e collected and disposed of properly. Contractor is responsible for all waste water collection from their holding tanks and disposing of it according to the applicable laws and regulations. Contractor shall provide three (3) all terrain 10,000 pound fork lifts; four (4) diesel powered portable lightsets; a transportable self-contained laundry system consisting of eighteen (18) washers and eighteen (18) dryers and two (2) tractors with 40' refer trailers. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered by this agency. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for March 19, 2002 at 1:00 pm in the USPFO Conference Room located at USPFO for Oklahoma, 3535 Military Circle, Okla homa City, OK. Solicitation packages will be available on or around March 11, 2002. Only written requests will be accepted, no telephone requests. All small business, small disadvantaged business (SDB) and 8(a) are encouraged to particiapte in this procurement.
