- Description
- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has a requirement to conduct an independent telephone survey of public opinion regarding various issues related to organ and tissue donation. This acquisition requires at least 1,500 respondents in two languages, English and Spanish, and may include some Asian dialects as well. The study shall include appropriate age groups 15 years of age and over including senior adults with a wide spectrum of socioeconomic groups and religions. The study shall oversample minorities, i.e., African Americans, Hispanics and possibly Asians, and shall be geographically representative of the United States. This acquisition will also require a application package be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION NOTICE. Potential sources are sought to provide the above services. Interested and qualified firms should indicate their capabilities. State your firms business size (large or small) and whether the firm has 8(a) status. This office may request additional information. Proprietary data should be clearly identified as such. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute an IFB or RFP. No solicitation document exists at this time. Therefore, requests for IFBs or RFPs will not be considered as valid responses. There is no guarantee that a formal solicitation will be forthcoming. The Government assumes no responsibility for any costs associated with the preparation of technical information submitted in response to this request. Interested parties are advised to submit their capability packages to the attention of Diane Coger, Contracting Officer. All capability packages may be received by e-mail (Dcoger@hrsa.gov) or in writing by March 29, 2002 to the above address.
