Description

This is a request for Quote (RFQ). Quotations are solicited on a lump sum basis inclusive of all applicable taxes, including New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax. There is one (1) line item. One each Install a Direct Digital Control System (DDCS) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The site visit will be held on 12 March 2002 at 1:00 P.M. The assembly point will be in the parking lot in front of Building 55 near the water tanks. All prospective contractors are required to attend the site visit. The Offeror is required to provide their Contractor's DUNS number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code with their offer. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of the Representations and Certifications which will be provided at the site visit. These representations and certifications will be submitted with your quote. Davis Bacon Act applies to this requirement. General Wage Decision Number NM 02-0001 Modification 0 Dated 03/01/2002 is provided. Quotes are due by 4:00 P.M. local time on 22 March 2002. You may FAX your quote to (505)572-3869.
