Description: NA Description. Contractors shall provide all equipment, material, labor, supervision, supplies and items required to establish a dining facility equipped with tables and chairs capable of seating 500 people per sitting. Contractors shall provide all equipme nt, power requirements (generators), material, labor, supervision, supplies and items required to establish a temporary kitchen, prepare meals in accordance with the menus provided by the government. Contractor shall be responsible for preparing meals in a ccordance with the Army 12-Day menus. The head count per meal will vary from 25 to 3,833 troops for the breakfast and dinner meals. Solicitation has additional information. The government will furnish raw subsistence for preparing meals. Small Business Size: $20 million. NAICS code 561210.
