Description

Timber Sale - Approximately 125 Cords of pine pulpwood and 169 MBF of sawtimber at the Naval Support Activity Mid-South, Millington, Tennessee. The sale areas will comprise of approximately 50 acres on which trees may be cut. This sale is to be Unit Price - Invitation N62467-02-B-0336. Bid opening is on Tuesday, 26 March 2002, at 1:00pm (Local Time). For questions, contact Mr Sipowich, Natural Resources Manager, at (901) 874-5909. Timber is not sold under FAR regulations. The NAICS code is 113310: Logging. The size standard is 500 employees. FOR SPECIFICATIONS: The Government intends to issue the solicitation on the WEB through the Forestry Bidders List maintained by Ms Kathy Radigan at (843) 820-5676. Prospective Bidders MAY register themselves on the web site http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. The official planholders list will be maintained and can be printed from the web.
