- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a sole source modification to Contract N00024-01-C-5247 with the Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc of 555 Technology Square, Cambridge, MA 02139-3563 for integration and test of its developmental Low Cost Guidance Electronics Unit (LCGEU) with a rolling, rocket-assisted, ballistic flight path extended range projectile. The Contractor will demonstrate common guidance performance of the LCGEU in flight tests utilizing the 5" MK 45 gun or similar test guns that replicate the performance of Navy shipboard guns. The modification will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C.2304 (c)(1). This synopsis is for informational purposes only and the benefit of potential subcontractors.
