- Description
- This project consists of construction, of delivery, and set up an approximate 800 square foot modular building, plus associated site work including clearing, grading, underground electrical and gas utilities, six hot bituminous paved parking spaces, concrete sidewalk, and miscellaneous work to support the construction. Project location: from Las Vegas, Nevada, drive northeast on U.S. 95 to State Route 157. Take SR 157 towards Mt. Charleston. Continue for approximately 0.65 miles past the intersection of SR 157 and SR 158. Kyle Canyon Visitor and Interpretive Center will be on the left of SR 157 adjacent to the existing comfort station. NAICS code: 233310. Size standard $27.5 million. Est. start date is 05/13/02 with 120 calendar days for completion. Est. price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
