Description

The Government intends to issue to Reuters Media, a sole source purchase order for the renewal of the Commodity New reports which include internationally the newsfeed industry, including commodities, treasury and markets exclusively. This service shall include 50 users. The period of performance is through September 30, 2002. This acquisition is being conducted under guidance of FAR Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Subpart 6.302.1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Should communication fees apply, they must be included in the proposal. If no responses are received, the award shall be made to Reuters Media without further notice. No solicitation document exists. Written responses must include technical and cost information and received by 4:00 p.m. March 20, 2002.
