- Synopsis: This is a fixed-price contract for: Receiver Transmitter, 5821-01-382-0706BY, P/N 622-6130-070, 4 each, applicable to AN/URC 107. Delivery: September 2002. Destination: N00189, Defense Distribution Depot DDNV, Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Receiving Division, Bldg. W-135. W-135, 1968 Gilbert Street, Norfolk, VA 23512-0001. The approximate issue date will be: 22 March 2002 with the approximate response date of 21 April 2002. NAICS Code 334220 (750 employees). SOLE SOURCE to: BAE Systems/Rockwell Collins, DBA Data Link Solutions LLC. Rockwell Collins Inc, CAGE: 081U3. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The data or the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources are not owned by the Government and it has been determined that it is uneconomical to purchase them or to reverse engineer the part.
