- NA NOTE: This will be a Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside, SBA Acquisition Requirement No: 7700-02-202320, no geographical restriction. Competition will not be restricted by stage of 8(a) program participation. The work is comprised of preparation of planning and re ports, mobilization and demobilization, providing/improving access to the work sites, removal of aboveground fuel storage tanks (AST's) and fuel lines, removal of containerized hazardous and toxic waste (Con-HTW), removal of drums and miscellaneous items a nd debris, removal of septic systems, utilidors and water wells, removal of former power and communications poles and wires, asbestos abatement, and demolition and removal of buildings, a tram, and other structures and appurtenances. The work is structured between Base contract line items and option contract items. The scope of work under base contract lines items consists of remaining buildings, power lines, wires and selected debris from the former Air Force Station Operations Area, the lower White Alice facilities, and the other lowland areas. Removal of the remaining White Alice Site facilities that exist at higher elevations is included as an option. Options will be subjected to availability of funding. The performance period will be extended if the opt ion for the upper White Alice Site facilities is exercised.
