Description

This is a modification including additional information on communication system also extending anticipated award date and response due date. The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Order for routine repair, installation and maintenance of communications systems and components at its Florida Caribbean Science Center in Gainesville, Florida for the period from date of award through 12 months thereafter. THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1) Nitsuko ? telephone system in use; 2) approximately 75 users/stations with 16 lines; 3)number of MACs per year averaged 80 since 1998 with one voice and two data lines at each work station. THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE MADE UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISTION THRESHOLD OF $100,000.00 and solicited by written Request for Quotation number 02ERQQ0064. The anticipated award date is 03/31/02. SIC Code is 7622. Quotes are due at 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time on 03/15/02. All responsible sources who have a valid Dun and Bradstreet number may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Only written request for the RFQ via email to mfritts @usgs.gov or fax to 703-648-7367 will be accepted.
