- This is a source sought/market research conducted in accordance with part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Andrews Air Force Base is requesting information and any suggestions that will be useful in developing a commercial Performance Based Statement of Work for bus transportation. Industry input on standard commercial practices, commercial terms and conditions is requested. The service will include but, not limited to providing shuttle bus service from Andrews AFB to a TBD off base location. The off base location is estimated to be within 30 minutes max. Both small and large businesses are encouraged to furnish information to TSgt Myles Rogers (301) 981-1999 or MSgt Anthony T. Johnson at 301 981-1960 or fax 301 981-1907 by 29 March 2002. Please provide your business size, years of experience, and point of contact with any information provided. Information submitted will not be returned. The NAICS code is 485510. This notice shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor shall it obligate the government to award a contract. The government does not intend to pay for any information furnished pursuant to this market research.
