- NA The Army requires a Firm Fixed Price type contract to provide Dependent School Children Bus Transportation. The contractor is to furnish all necessary personnel, supervision, and equipment, to provide dependent school bus transportation services for Fort Rucker, AL for the performance period 01 August 2002 through 30 September 2002 with four, one year options beginning 01 Oct 2002. Anticipated issue date will be on/about 04/08/02 and estimated closing on or about 05/08/02. The solicitation is 100% set-as ide for small business concerns on a full and open competitive basis. The NAICS code is 48541, annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for its preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $5,000,000. The award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in the solicitation.
