- Reference is made to the announcement placed in the CBD December 13, 2001 in which the availability of a prospectus for the award of a concession contract authorizing Ferry Boat Transportation serving the visiting public of the Fort Sumter National Monument for a period of ten years was available. That notice indicated that offers must be received by the close of business March 13, 2002. That closing date is now being extended until April 29, 2002.
