This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested under Request For Quotes (RFQ) #01ERQQ0071. The RFQ contains a description of the equipment/service to be performed/installed at USGS, Woods Hole, MA, quantity, delivery, and applicable clauses.
