Description
NAICS Code: 541620 Notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to National Assoc. of Energy Services Companies, located at 1615 M Street, NW, Suite 800, Washington DC 20036, for a support services in evaluating and marketing financing and benchmarking tools for the ENERGY STAR program. Services to include substantiation and promotion of these tools through Energy Service Companies members, business that develop, install and finance projects designed to improve the energy performance of facilities. Activities including verification and validation of the accuracy of the energy performance rating (EPR) tools and promotion and disemmination of the EPR to NAESCO members to be completed by 7/02. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to USEPA, Rosita Robinson (3803R), 1200 Penn. Ave NW, Washington, DC 20460, or to facsimile number (202)564-2554, Attn:R. Robinson,or sent by email to robinson.rosita@epa.gov. Responses to this notice must be submitted within five (5) days after this electronic posting. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
