Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for "commercial" construction in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Parts 10, 12, and 36. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Requisition Number FQ480113190100 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for a small business concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235990. The size standard is $11.5M. Ten (10) documents will need to be downloaded to complete this package; which are: (1) The solicitation, Standard Form 1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award (Construction, Alteration, or Repair); (2) SOW as Attachment 1; (3) Wage Rates as Attachment 2; (4) Bid Schedule as Attachment 3; (5) Drawing of Base Map; and (6)- (10) are Appendixes A ? E. IMPORTANT NOTICES: 1) RFP submission ? Compliance must be IAW Block 10 of SF1442. 2) You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. (Ref DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration). 3) ALL AMENDMENTS, if applicable, MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED. 4) FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
