Description

The Boston Regional Printing Procurement Office is soliciting offers on a single award term contract for various Government departments and agencies. The term of the contract is for 1 year (beginning May 1, 2002 and ending April 30, 2003) plus up to 4 optional 12-month extension periods. Requirements include the production of tri-folds and flyers requiring such operations as copy pick-up, image processing from electronic media, typesetting, film making, furnishing proofs, printing in single and multiple colors (including 4-color process), scoring, perforating, folding. sealing with wafer tabs, shrink film wrapping, packing, and delivery. Quantity ranges from approximately 1,000 to 100,000 copies. Approximately 60 orders per year. Schedule varies from 12 to 15 workdays. Quality Attributes Level 3.
