Description: Project is for aerial fertilization of specified areas by helicopter. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor and supplies required to perform aerial fertilization on 1,793 acres of U.S. Forest Service land within the boundaries of the Enoree and Long Cane Ranger Districts in Abbeville, Laurens, and Union counties, South Carolina. Bid opening date is changed to April 10, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. EST. Mailing address for bids is USDA Forest Service, PO Box 700, New Ellenton, SC 29809.
