Description

NA Anticipated issue date 03/26/2002. Services, non-personal to be performed at the 174th Fighter Wing, 6001 E. Molloy Road, Syracuse, NY 13221. The proposed contract is for the period of 1 June 2002 through 30 Sep 2002, with four (4)one year option periods to be exercised as per FAR Clause 52.217-9. Due date for proposals is on or around 30 April 2002 at 13:30 hours local time. A pre-proposal meeting is tentatively scheduled for 17 April 2002 at 14:00 local time to be held in the Logistics Group Conferenc e Room, located at Building 614 at the Hancock Field Air National Guard Base. Interested parties are requested to contact MSGT Sandra Fisher at (315) 454-9130 to schedule attendance. The solicitation is unrestricted, all responsible parties may submit a proposal which will be considered. The dollar magnitude of this solicitation is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000 per year. FAR Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Item's shall be included in this solcitation. The evaluation factors, in d escending order of importance are: Past Performance, Knowledge of the Military, Management Skills, Locality and Availability in relation to the worksite, and Price Proposal.
