Description

NAICS 233320. Scope of Work: Partially demo project area; reconstruct walls, ceilings; level floor; install carpet; modify HVAC and electrical; provide new lighting; apply new millwork and finishes; install security systems infrastructure. Alternate 1 is for ballistic glass. Performance period is approximately 160 calendar days. Estimated cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. Expect to issue IFB o/a 3/26/2002 with bid opening o/a 4/25/2002. This procurement is set aside for HUBZone certified contractors (see Numbered Note 27). Specification portion will be issued electronically ONLY via FedBizOpps at http://www.eps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the site for amendments (if any). Drawings will not be posted electronically. Requests for drawings must be submitted IN WRITING to the Contracting Officer. For security purposes, a copy of the contractor's business license must be provided with the request.
